no video, tried the movie player that comes with windows 10, also vlc and windows media player

the video and audio format hev1 doesn't support by vlc and windows media player!
what to do?

Mate HEVC encode and as such requires a HEVC able media player ( I suggest MPC HC) ALthough the latest version of Vlc should be able to play the file.
