WORKDONE:

Video was a mess,but the russians did well on their encode as the suck was YUK.
Anyway took their encode and filtered it some more....the main issues was the colour
and the glares.
Now the colouring or lack of in places is a pita to do unless your willing to sit for hrs
cutting up the video and doing each part differently.
Soooo we want for a medium thats kind of ok all round.
The glares you can tone down and thats about it ....so lowered the brightness and increased the
contrast,Which made it dark and glares toned down.
Audio we dropped in adobe and remastered it and then remuxed to our rip.
