It looks like a great copy but for some reason it keeps lagging for me :( I had to download from someone else.

make sure you use something like VLC player, and make sure you don't have a lot of crap on your hard drive. For example if its a 500gb hd, you should never let the free space get below 30gb. And make sure you always open up task manager and kill any running applications that you don't usually use. That way you'll have as much free memory as possible.
also if you install and uninstall a lot of stuff on your PC make surer you de-fragment your drive every week.

Excellent quality picture but is spoilt by faulty multi-channel audio, which keeps dropping out every few seconds

I use Plex and I had no problem at all. Dropping has something to do with large CPU load.
