This episode, the finale of Season 6, is an odd bird in the Intervention catalog. Sharon, a 50-something grandmother, has body dysmorphia disorder, resulting in lots of plastic surgery. But she's also a self-harmer. It's a terribly sad episode to watch, because you just wanna reach out and hug her and tell her she's beautiful, but you can't...because she's on the TV.
