IPFilter.utorrent[2009.02]

IPFilter.dat is basically a list of IP addresses combined from iblocklist.com, peerguardian2 and BlockListManager, which blocks bittorrent-unfriendly IPs.



if you are unfamiliar with auto updating ip filter software, you can simply use this single file to let utorrent block these IPs.

C:/Documents & Settings/USERNAME/Application Data/uTorrent

if you somehow think you started to get low down speeds, you can simply disable the filter by deleting the file or setting ipfilter.enable=false in the advanced options of utorrent.
