This torrent contains all the ITV highlights including stage 21. It also contains the live edition of stage 21. If you only want stage 21 then set your BitTorrent client to just download stage 21 and ignore all the other stages. You can help with the seeding by creating a folder called "ITV.Tour.de.France.2011.Highlights.PDTV.x264.AAC-TDF" and copy all the previous MKV files into this folder. One file mistakenly had a double ".mkv.mkv" at the end - I removed the extra ".mkv" from the file. None of the other files were changed.
