I assume you are refing to "THE BLACK DAGGER BROTHERHOOD: AN INSIDER'S GUIDE" which is not an actual book in the series. It is is formatted as the transcript of an interview between a reporter and JR, the topic was the BDB. So this is not missing any books from the series, and that was intentionally left out because its not a legitimate book in the series. It was simply titled that way to make people think they need to buy it.
