This SACD rip was created using the following process:

1) The ISO image is created using sacd-ripper for PS3 version 0.2.0 Alpha.
2) The DSDIFF .dff files are extracted from the ISO using Scarletbook version
0.2.0.
3) The DSDIFF .dff files are merged using DSDMerge.
4) The merged DSDIFF file is temporarily converted to PCM using Weiss
Saracon 1.61-27 with 0db gain.
5) The merged DSDIFF is converted to PCM using Weiss Saracon with a
clipping-free gain.
6) The .wav file is trimmed by 53 samples and padded by 12 samples to
remove the static click at the beginning and at the end using SoundForge 10.
7) The .wav file is splitted and converted to individual flac files using
foobar2000 and the cue sheet generated by DSDMerge.
