Storyline

In an innocent heartland city, five are shot dead by an expert sniper. The police quickly identify and arrest the culprit, and build a slam-dunk case. But the accused man claims he's innocent and says "Get Jack Reacher." Reacher himself sees the news report and turns up in the city. The defense is immensely relieved, but Reacher has come to bury the guy. Shocked at the accused's request, Reacher sets out to confirm for himself the absolute certainty of the man's guilt, but comes up with more than he bargained for.

from wat i saw, many(not -msD,-SM) upload with the rez 704x400 and name them as 480p. But the actual 480p must be 848x480.
this one is from the 720p amiable source & i resized it to a lil' bit more than 480p. So its a "true 480p"

It all comes down to the DAR and the horizontal resolution(important that the vertical).
You must have observed that most of the movies have 2 two black bars on the upper and lower side of the video(due to the DAR of 2.40:1 or 2.35:1, depending on the source, whether its a dvdrip or brrip or...)! So if it was a normal tv rip (which will be of a definite and complete 16:9 ratio) you would get the said resolution (848x480). \n
In mod 16 if it has to have a horizontal of 848pixels it comes down to the res of 848 x352\n
With that foreground (if you understood all of it!!) this video is actually a bit more than 480p. Do the math you'll understand!

I used "trellis on every macroblock" for the first time.It took ages to encode....only 8 to 10 frames processed/sec..so its of a better quality for its size!!
