Uploader's Note: Called by Perry Farrell, "The Expression Session," this new "reunion" tour kicks off with Perry, Stephen Perkins on drums, Navarro on guitar but with Flea on bass and kicking some major ass with these songs! Here they are in their second show of the tour. Apparently the first thirty minutes of the concert was shown on MTV's The 10 Spot. Either MTV or someone else professionally recorded video of the whole show (maybe the same videos as on Youtube which includes the soundcheck so check that out!) and that's what this audio recording comes from. The sound is... well, it starts out heavy on crowd noise and Perry's vocals are quite distant. Whoever was working the soundboard and in charge of open crowd mics was not very professional at it. As the show goes on, some tweaks are made and the music is put more up front as it should be. Perry's still kind of distant throughout... he should be been brought more up front! Soundboards shouldn't need so much clarification but this one kinda does. It's not as great as an official live release would be but it makes my cut. When cranked up, it sounds just fine!
