Comments: I'm sharing this show to introduce you to Jason Boland & The Stragglers. Never heard of them? Don't feel bad....lot of folks haven't.



JB&S, as they're known to folks in the Texas Red Dirt Music World, has a rabid fan base in the Texas/Oklahoma area that is rapidly spreading all over the country. Jason Boland is a frequent co-writer and collaborator  with fellow Texas Red Dirt artists like Cody Canada (Cross Canadian Ragweed), Stoney Larue, Jackson Taylor, Wade Bowen and Brandon Jenkins, to name a few.



JB&S just put out a couple of KILLER CD's : Comal County Blue and  High In The Rockies: A Live Album, the latter recorded live at the 2010 Steamboat MusicFest and a couple of near by shows. EXCELLENT !  Get over to their web site at http://www.thestragglers.com for more information.



   This show is from a few years earlier. Since then, Jason has struggled to kick alcohol and a ruptured vocal chord and has returned better than ever to finally bring his music to an ever widening audience.
