The Beautiful World Collection is a series of actions, overlays and textures all designed to work together to produce an endless variety of results. The sets have been split apart so that users can determine what best fits their style and needs. Beautiful World was designed for users familiar with how actions work and who have some knowledge of masking, adiusting opacity, and turning layers on and off. These concepts are touched upon again in this tutorial as they are crucial to making the collection perform at its optimal level. Foundations is a core workflow and retouching system, split into 6 sets and is designed to offer both a guided experience (Set 1: QuickStarts) as well as sets that contain tools that allow the user to deeply customize, enhance and correct their photos and prepare them for print or social media sharing. Tints are a series of grouped tones that can be used at any point in the editing process. Each set comes with 8 bonus actions to help YOU control basic tone, contrast and saturation issues. The tints are designed to work together, both within the same set and mingling with other sets. If you choose to purchase all four sets, I create a special bonus set of 13 combination actions created by merging tints from multiple sets. This bonus also includes its own "Audition and Blend" action that includes a customizable control panel. Effects are a series of actions that can be used as an alternative approach to beginning an edit or, more traditionally, to finishing it off. ColorSplash is a unique way of brightening and adding a hint of color to an image, similar in theory to adding a texture in "screen" mode. Vignettes are tools that guide your eye and add a deep, rich tone to an image. Matte + Haze offers professional, polished looks that are suited to work across a wide variety of genres, including fashion, boudoir, vintage, and urban. Lastly, I'm including Paints, a powerful tool to change and enhance color in an image without losing the detail of edges, highlights and shadows. Road Maps are a simplier solution for editors who would prefer a "guided tour" to Beautiful World. The Road Map actions are created from select combinations and opacity blends to create distinctly different looks within the Beautiful World sets. Road Map actions are complex series of moves, each action is comprised of with mulitple layers that can be fine-tuned individually, but are grouped in a folder for easy universal adiustments. Each set has nine actions, including an audition function, the "Neutralize Skin Tones Brush" and a highly customizable control panel. Enhancements include a wide array of overlays and textures. The Clouds + Overlays pack contain cloud overlays, and a sampling of foreground overlays, color overlays, and light overlays. The Textures pack is possibly my largest pack to date. While it doesn't contain as many textures as Illuminations, it contains more original textures than any other pack. These textures are more neutral in tone to compliment, but not overly change, the color established by the Tints and Road Map actions.
