His "Carnacki the Ghost-Hunter" stories are beginning to regain popularity and have pastiches written in that story universe, his "Night Land" seems to have little recognition. That's not surprising, given that pre-World War I Edwardian England is a lot easier to wrap your head around than a devastated Earth millions and billions of years conquered by malign supernatural/paranormal entities, the last remnants of true humanity under siege in a massive arcology fortress by those same creatures, and the only glimpse of hope beyond the foreseen and unavoidable defeat in the long run is that "At the end of all, all true lovers will be reunited".
