Your Wii is PAL version i think. Go to usb loader settings or neogamma etc. and set Video to "Force PAL"

Get pimp my wii and install ios224 or ios250 and open configurable usb loader. When u select the game, go to options and make sure it uses whatever ios you installed to load.

Open Pimp my Wii and select the option at the very top and make sure you install everything.
