Kali Linux with Mate DE 32bit

Live Build Custom Kali Mate DE ISO 32bit.
No gnome3, just Mate.
Built in latest Kali 2.0 env.
There is no display manager for this build.

For live env, login at prompt with,
username=root
password=toor
Desktop will load when you login.

After install, login with root and the password you created on install,
run startx at prompt.
When the desktop loads open a terminal and install your display manager,
I recommend LightDm, so at the prompt type,
apt-get install lightdm
Hit enter, reboot to login with new display manager.
