Summary: Meteorites fall from from the sky containing a mysterious subtance SOLU. 7 Kamen Riders are now in possession of the SOLU and must fight off Foundation X. Eventually, Foundation X succeeds in obtaining the SOLU. A surprise project is created. Finally, Mask Rider Poseidon appears in the present day from 40 in the future, due to a contortion of time caused by the meteorites.
