The author pays attention to details and is very fastidious with the words she used. While the first two books are packed with action, Phoenix ashes is more of a filler for all the detailed missed out on the other books. It’s a good read though, especially on the last half of the book. If you’re into paranormal romance, you should try Sandra Ross’ Mystic Mirror: An Erotic Fairy Tale Romance.
