Description
"Kennedy" is a news panel show hosted by Kennedy Montgomery. Kennedy Montgomery is a libertarian that you may recognize from 90's MTV, Stossel, and the Independents.
_,-'2_,-'2_,-'2_,-'2_,-'2_,-'2_,-'2_,-'2_,-'2_,-'2 Kennedy kicks the night off talking about the horrific nightmare that Paris underwent with the attacks on Friday. What's even more sad as they were already dealing with a bout of insomia brought on by the Charlie Hebdo attack. Kennedy just wants to round them up, throw them in a big hole, and nuke the holy hell out of them. But obviously that's impossible without civilization causalities + completely impractical. Kennedy knows this. But she has a few ideas on what could improve the situation outside of the warmongering being advocated by some here in the United States. 1. Stop pussy footing around and call these beasts what they are - islamic radical terrorists. 2. Stop blaming Snowden. The terrorists didn't use encryption - he had nothing to do with this other than being an easy scapegoat. 3. Don't use this as an excuse to launch a poorly strategized war plan to save nations that don't even want it. So, he's not get engorged by the hysterical drum beat of war. Instead let's try to deal with this problem without further diminishing out civil liberties. Tonight's panel consists of JAMIE WEINSTEIN, ANTHONY FISHER, and MEGAN McCain. The panel continues to talk about the subjects brought up in Kennedy's opening monologue. Jamie is kind of wishy washy, Anthony Fisher warns against blow back, and McCain wants to eradicate ISIS. Sending troops in, the whole 9. She's afraid of an attack on the homeland. I guess the apple doens't fall far from the tree. To continue tonight's trend of talking ISIS and military intervention PETE HEGSETH and BRYAN SUITS are here via satellite to hash it out. Most of this hinges around Obama's ability to be commander and chief and the decisions as well as the statements he's made regarding this whole disaster. Of course they can't get to the end of the interview with some good ol' Syrian refugee bashing. Our exceptionally pretty panel returns. (I'm looking at you, Anthony.) First topic - Obama has continued with his plan to admit atleast 10,000 refugees into the United States despite their political denomination. A handful of governors have said they refuse to let any Syrian refugees into their state. This whole situation is made even dirtier considering the fact that one of the Paris scumbags was using a Syrian passport. The panel is here to discuss. Anthony Fisher makes the point that it doesn't matter where you come from - someone of any nation can be radicalized by radical Islam. Megan McCain details how she went from thinking the Syrian refugee crisis was a humanitarian crises to not wanting them here at all. That sucks. She says that if even 1 in 100 is an ISIS sleeper agent then it is too much. (Seems like you could say the same thing about most countries.) Jamie thinks it's Europe that has something to worry about - it's much easier to get there. We're only allowing in 10,000 refugees with a 16-24 month vetting period. He also advocates for the young, very old, and women. JUDGE ANDREW NAPOLITANO is here to keep up this ISIS foreign policy streak. First question - We're in Nato. So is France. If ISIS is a country and they attacked France aren't we bound by NATO protocols to engage in war with the Islamic State? The judge as usual has a intricate answer. First off - we only have to attack if that's what France wants us to do according to NATO rules. Second - Is ISIS actually a state? For something like this to work both parties has to actually agree that ISIS is a state which neither France, the United States, or like any of the world has done. Question 2. Do you think the United States has a moral duty to protect France? The Judge says yes in one way - we're both part of NATO and as such we've agreed to such an action potentially. No in another way - to actually put boots on the ground, according to the the Constitution, it must go through congress. Next question - Since the Charlie Hebdo attack France has been continually increasing it's security apparatus. Some may argue that they've already gone too far. Do you worry that America will continue to follow that same trend? Short answer: Hope not, but yes. He goes into the police state-esque cop capabilities in France. Despite that they still couldn't stop either of these attacks. 4th question. The Syrian refugees, what would you do? There is no cap to the amount of refugees a president can admit to a country - the real question is if he has the tools to vet them. Napolitano is skeptical. The panel is back. More ISIS coverage.. kinda. During the recent Democratic debate none of the candidates could bring themselves to say radical islam and Bernie Sanders seemed to think that global warming is contributing to the ISIS problem. Following the attacks on Friday said th an all wait until November for the actually voting but Donald Trump became president tonight. (Tonight being when more than a 100 people died in a terrorist attack at France. Stay classy, Coulter.) The panel talks about the Political fallout that the various candidates may suffer. Also the 2/4ths of the panel fight with Megan McCain over her accusing Rand Paul of being an isolationist. (GOOD STUFF!) BRIAN BRENBERG of Kings College is here to keep talking ISIS. Does poverty breed terrorism? He says that everyone agrees that poverty does not help in these cases. He argues that we need to look at primary causes - not secondary ones. He says that if you look at some of the people behind the most serious attacks over the last couple of debates they were not poor but on average upper to middle class. Nightcap: On Friday ISIS terrorists targeted an Eagles of Death Metal concert. A few weeks ago Kennedy had the privileged of talking to JESSE HUGHES, lead singer of Eagles of Death Metal. She is repairing some of it in remembrance of what happened. Eagles of Death Metal didn't lose any band members - but they did lose a beloved merch guy. He was near the front door and one of the first to die. _,-'2_,-'2_,-'2_,-'2_,-'2_,-'2_,-'2_,-'2_,-'2_,-'2 General Complete name : Kennedy.2015.11.16.WS.SDTV.x264-XAiO.mp4 Format : MPEG-4 Format profile : Base Media Codec ID : isom File size : 249 MiB Duration : 41mn 31s Overall bit rate : 839 Kbps Writing application : Lavf56.25.101 Video ID : 1 Format : AVC Format/Info : Advanced Video Codec Format profile : High@L3 Format settings, CABAC : Yes Format settings, ReFrames : 4 frames Codec ID : avc1 Codec ID/Info : Advanced Video Coding Duration : 41mn 31s Bit rate : 700 Kbps Width : 624 pixels Height : 352 pixels Display aspect ratio : 16:9 Frame rate mode : Variable Frame rate : 29.970 fps Minimum frame rate : 9.990 fps Maximum frame rate : 29.970 fps Color space : YUV Chroma subsampling : 4:2:0 Bit depth : 8 bits Scan type : Progressive Bits/(Pixel*Frame) : 0.106 Stream size : 208 MiB (83%) Writing library : x264 core 142 r2389 956c8d8 Encoding settings : cabac=1 / ref=3 / deblock=1:0:0 / analyse=0x3:0x133 / me=hex / subme=7 / psy=1 / psy_rd=1.00:0.00 / mixed_ref=1 / me_range=16 / chroma_me=1 / trellis=1 / 8x8dct=1 / cqm=0 / deadzone=21,11 / fast_pskip=1 / chroma_qp_offset=-2 / threads=6 / lookahead_threads=1 / sliced_threads=0 / nr=0 / decimate=1 / interlaced=0 / bluray_compat=0 / constrained_intra=0 / bframes=3 / b_pyramid=2 / b_adapt=1 / b_bias=0 / direct=1 / weightb=1 / open_gop=0 / weightp=2 / keyint=250 / keyint_min=25 / scenecut=40 / intra_refresh=0 / rc_lookahead=40 / rc=2pass / mbtree=1 / bitrate=700 / ratetol=1.0 / qcomp=0.60 / qpmin=10 / qpmax=51 / qpstep=4 / cplxblur=20.0 / qblur=0.5 / ip_ratio=1.40 / aq=1:1.00 Audio ID : 2 Format : AAC Format/Info : Advanced Audio Codec Format profile : LC Codec ID : 40 Duration : 41mn 31s Bit rate mode : Constant Bit rate : 128 Kbps Channel(s) : 2 channels Channel positions : Front: L R Sampling rate : 48.0 KHz Compression mode : Lossy Stream size : 38.0 MiB (15%) Language : unk Related Torrents
