Based upon three Christmas poems of Helen Schucman, scribe of A Course in Miracles, the workshop focuses on the themes of bringing darkness to light, Christ's vision of sameness, and the meaning of resurrection: awakening from the dream of death. These three themes summarize the process of forgiveness that leads from the ego's perception of separate interests to the Holy Spirit's vision of shared interests—God's Son is one on earth as he is in Heaven:


Christ passes no one by. By this you know
He is God's Son. You recognize His touch
In universal gentleness. His Love
Extends to everyone. His eyes behold
The Love of God in everything He sees.
