It works -- You just have to have an internet connection. It connects to their server to see if the registration code is correct. If it can't connect to their servers, it tells you the code is wrong.

If you are connected, then make sure you enter your name exactly how you entered it in to the key generator (it is case sensitive). Use Copy and Paste to make sure.

Yes -- for some reason they check the codes remotely, but don't check if they belong to an actual human via their purchase database. Weird.
