Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix (CrazyCatz00's English Patched)

Translated the game into English, with some other non-game-breaking changes. Originally based on Xeeynamo’s patch, it is now largely based on the HD collection’s translations.

Remove letterbox borders on in-game scenes (aka. Black border fix)
Lower subtitles (Slightly modified)
With some of my own additions:

Remove letterbox borders on pre-rendered videos
Preliminary hacks on the following menus: Title screen and Theater, Save/Load menu, Pause and Camp menus, various “help” screens
These will hopefully be improved over time

Miscellaneous
Added a “Return to title screen” option to the save menu
Removed Re:CoM system data requirement for unlocking Japanese voices in the theater
Added the ending scene to the theater
Show acquired forms in the stock menu
Added a (custom) icon and description to forms without them
Allow Antiform to access the pause menu when out of battle
