Abby is attempting to find her children and she answers the phone when it rings and it's Olivia, but the line goes dead. Val and Gary see a news report about Lilimae helping to stop a thief in action. Val invites her to stay at the house after learning that she is homeless. Lilimae ends up being arrested for shoplifting but the judge says he'll only give her six months probation if Val and Gary agree to let her stay with them long term.
