Kodi and 98% of the addons and repos included are free of charge (exception of Netflix, Amazon, etc.). Some people out on the net have used the addon pack before in the past and charged others over 300 bucks for a 80 dollar TV Box with Kodi and the addon pack included. Some are also charging monthly service charge to use the addons within Kodi. All of this is a "Big Rip Off"!
