Kodi Ultimate Addon Pack v2.7.3 for Windows 08.12.2015

-IPTV Stalker fix that works for all (use tv guide addons to access it).

-Added new vdubt25 addon and added to tv guide ini files.

-Added new repo with israel live tv addon and added to tv guide ini files (has US channels as well).

-Removed 4 discontinued addons that were broken.

-All repos and addons updated to date 08.12.2015.
