Please note: The Kororaa AIGLXgl Live CD 0.3 does NOT includethe ATI or NVIDIA non-GPL video card drivers, so 3D effects will not beavailable on machines that require those drivers. The livecd can stillbe used without the 3D effects however, and installation to disk isalso available.

The livecd now also comes with AIGLX (Fedora's 3D accelerator for X) as well as Xgl. The livecd will ask you which 3D system you want to use.



The aiglxchooser script also has the option to choose "None"which will disable all fancy effects and result in a "normal" livecddesktop. The livecd will automatically set the system to "None"for users with NVIDIA video cards as there is no open source driveravailable for them. Users of ATI might be able to use the opensourceradeon driver, although it does not support the latest cards.
