Proper Reason: As demonstrated in the sample, the source has some footage shot at 24fps and some at 29fps. This caused some scenes that needed IVTC and some that did not. In order to prevent jerky playback and given most of the show is 29fps, i did not IVTC. Also, YEStv has header stripping.
