Description

This patcher works ONLY on my first (and faulty) repack, don't try it on other releases.

It fixes the Council Car crash as well as DX11 crashes. And maybe some other stuff like missing texts on some configurations.

1) Unpack to installed game folder
2) Run patch.bat, wait for it to finish
3) Make sure all files checked OK after patch
4) Play
