TRAMA:

La teoria del tutto racconta la storia del più grande e celebrato fisico della nostra epoca, Stephen Hawking, e di Jane Wilde, la studentessa di Arte di cui si è innamorato mentre studiavano insieme a Cambridge negli anni 60. All'età di 21 anni, Stephen Hawking, brillante studente di cosmologia, è stato colpito da una malattia terminale per la quale, secondo le diagnosi dei medici, gli sarebbero rimasti 2 anni di vita. Stimolato però all'amore della sua compagna di studi a Cambridge, Jane Wilde, arrivò ad essere chiamato il successore di Einstein, oltre a diventare un marito e un padre dei loro tre figli. Durante il loro matrimonio allo stesso modo in cui il corpo di Stephen si indeboliva, dall’altro lato la sua fama accademica saliva alle stelle. Il professor Stephen Hawking è uno dei più famosi scienziati della nostra epoca e autore del bestseller "A Brief History of Time", che ha venduto milioni di copie in tutto il mondo.

STORYLINE:

The Theory of Everything is the story of the most brilliant and celebrated physicist of our time, Stephen Hawking, and Jane Wilde the arts student he fell in love with whilst studying at Cambridge in the 1960s. Little was expected from Stephen Hawking, a bright but shiftless student of cosmology, given just two years to live following the diagnosis of a fatal illness at 21 years of age. He became galvanized, however, by the love of fellow Cambridge student, Jane Wilde, and he went on to be called the successor to Einstein, as well as a husband and father to their three children. Over the course of their marriage as Stephen's body collapsed and his academic renown soared, fault lines were exposed that tested the lineaments of their relationship and dramatically altered the course of both of their lives.
