2- yes you CAN play any kind of online Android games and download apps from playstore.

1- setup your account and settings correctly
2- close bluestacks completely (go to installation directory and click on HD-Quite.exe)
3- restart pc, run bluestacks again and try
The Russian keyboard bit is fixed now.

HelsEnBeRg - We are not facing this problem because of some other software. My system is so freaking clean. Right after installation my default browser opened a weirdo website.
