@anonymous I assume you're using MX Player and recently updated to Android 5.0 Lollipop. You need to update the MX Player app to the newest version in addition to the audio codec pack.

Go to: Settings --> Decoder --> Scroll all the way to the bottom --> Download custom codec --> Download the Neon codec pack from the website --> Go back to that settings menu and scroll all the way down again, pick the option right above the one you just picked and locate the download in order to install it. /// Then use SW decoder option for both video and audio.

99% sure this should work for you as it did for me :) (Had to do this even after updating my Neon codec via the play store)
