Here is the trick that will fix this:
1)Start BO2
2) Ctrl+Alt+Delete
3) Process
4)Right click on bo2 process
5) Affinity- Select 1 cpu.
Basicly this ♥♥♥♥ happens because of new multi core CPUs. So we have to select 1 CPU and that will fix this problem. U can turn ur resolution back to normal.
