Walter

Walter is a local bartender just trying to make a living. He keeps his head down, serves the drinks and makes sure everything runs smoothly.

As a bartender he’s used to chatting it up with the locals. Margaret and her husband are part of the upscale scene that usually frequents Walter’s bar. Most nights Walter entertains Margaret and her husband with stories he’s picked up working in the bartending business. However, tonight Margaret is here alone. She looks lost and depressed.

As she tells Walter about the marital troubles she’s having he can’t help but feel a small measure of hope. Walter has never been immune to Margaret’s charms. He’s noticed the perfect curves of her body ever since she first walked into his bar, but he’s never tried anything. He’s not the impulsive young punk he once was. He genuinely wonders if there is some way he can cheer Margaret up but at the same time part of him dares to hope for more.

Margaret is a housewife that’s recently discovered her controlling asshole of a husband has been cheating on her with his secretary. She’s lived under his domineering influence for so long, cooking, cleaning and working out just to keep him satisfied, that she has no idea what to do. She has no plan and she feels alone, vulnerable and betrayed.

After catching him in the act, Margaret didn’t say a word to her husband. She simply left their home. For what could have been hours, Margaret wandered aimlessly through town before stopping in front of Walter’s bar. The place and the bartender never failed to bring Margaret joy in the past and at the moment she could really use a drink.

Margaret has had a small crush on the bartender, Walter, since the first time he poured her a drink. He’s always been nice to her and never failed to make her smile, even when her husband was being a total jerk. Beyond that he is handsome and even when she thought she was happily married she could never stop herself from imagining what he looked like without a shirt on.

Tonight Margaret’s imagination is uninhibited. Even as she confides in Walter she can’t help but consider all the ways he might be able to comfort her tonight. And every sip of tequila is making her that much more curious.
