Linux "Max" Game (Data) Compression via srep and fazip

- Srep (huge-dictionary LZ77 preprocessor)
- FAZip (features the same great compression power as FreeArc,
Compression methods supported and their parameters are exactly the
same as in FreeArc)

- instruction included, linux and windows binaries provided, and compress-decompress, linux-windows and vice-versa compatible
works with no problem on Debian and Arch Linux and no dependencies that i know of
