The 2011_TV_X264_u2 state at line 171-173:
"Full end credits must be included if they contain show content or outtakes/bloopers."

Nowhere is the word footage used there.

Content = Video or Audio or Both
Content != Video Only

The rules do not have to be updated, they're extremely clear in the wording.
A unique audio track that begins in the last few seconds of the show that continues into the credits is show content.
As such it must be included, and this proper along with any other of it's kind are valid.

There have been many other propers AND repacks we can recall on this matter, all of them have remained unnuked.
If the credits rule is still ambiguous to people the fact that there's standing propers AND repacks with this reason turns it into a precedent.

Otherwise we'd like to refer you to line 67-69 of 2011_TV_X264_u2:
"Severe audio drops resulting in one full missing word or otherwise the inability to understand material dialogue is considered to be a technical flaw and may be propered"
The audio track that plays during the final seconds of IMMERSE's release and continues onto the credits is cut off. It has dialogue, singing as such it's missing dialogue.

If other groups wont proper/repack for this we will.
We do not acknowledge EthNet nukes but we felt this needed explaining to those that do.
So they understand the validity of these propers.
