Tony, de zoon van Terry, de meest beruchte gangster van Londen, zit met
een groot probleem. Hij wordt wakker in een verlaten boerderij met bloed
op zijn shirt, geen idee hoe hij daar gekomen is en, nog belangrijker,
geen idee van wie het bloed is. Wanneer hij op zoek gaat naar een
telefoon belandt hij in een klein Italiaans stadje. Als vreemdeling praat
niemand met hem behalve een vriendelijke man, Francesco. Langzaam begint
hij zich te realiseren dat hij niet zonder reden in het Italiaanse stadje
is terecht gekomen.

Tony is a notorious gangster with a big problem. He has woken up in an
abandoned farmhouse, with blood on his shirt, and no memory of how he got
there. He stumbles into a small town and discovers he’s in an Italian village
that seems to be lost in time. There are no phones and, as a stranger, no one
will talk to him, except for one kind man, Francesco. Francesco tells of his
grand-daughter, who is travelling Europe with a British boy she has fallen in
love with. The boy is a hustler and Francesco worries she is making a huge
mistake. Something in Francesco’s tale strikes a familiar chord with Tony, and
he realises he did not end up here by accident. Once Tony puts the pieces
together, he has to choose between continuing his life as a gangster or
sacrificing himself so others shall live.
