A fairly awesome debut record of glammy and gothy post-punk from this punk-rock supergroup, featuring singer Stiv Bators from the The Dead Boys and The Wanderers, guitarist Brian James of The Damned and the rhythm section of Sham 69, Dave Tregunna and Nicky Turner. Excellent singles "Russian Roulette", "Open Your Eyes" and kick-off manifesto rocker "New Church" set the bar high, but dark and groovy "Livin' on Livin'", glammy "Li'l Boys Play with Dolls", "Question of Temperature", and the band's best rock deep cuts, "Holy War" and "Portobello", all meet the challenge.
