This is the best I could do by merging 25 fps audio with a 23.976 fps video. I did this because I had a good video quality file with bad audio and a medium audio quality file with very bad video plus hardcoded. french subtitles. The final file sounds a bit asynchronous in some parts (maybe you don't even notice) but I thing it is easy watchable. The video quality is realy good.
