In 1895, Louis and Auguste Lumière invented the Cinematograph.
To mark the 120th anniversary, the Lumière Institute supervised the HD
restoration of over a hundred Lumiere films.
Presented together they compile an unforgettable and delightful collage of
France and the world at the turn of the 20th century.
