I'm sorry to say but what I downloaded was only a cover and one empty page. It says it has 200 and sth pages but I can't get past the page 2 which is blank.

yvana_27 I just downloaded this from the link and it appeared fine with all 432 pages in calibre. The fact that whatever programme you are using to read it only reports 200 tells me it may have corrupted on download. Can you download again and tell me if you are still having the same issue?
