Ultimately, this is an anti-abortion documentary film made in 2009 by pro-life activist Mark Crutcher. Yet, despite its clear agenda to turn African Americans against Planned Parenthood, the argument is supported by historically known and proven facts and ideologies. Theoretically, it is definitely propaganda; however, the effects it marks and points out, are real.
