Great work! But why is your horizontal resolution 60 pixels lower than the source one?

Handbrake determines the real res of a file and crops it out. Sometimes it's algorithms don't work perfectly but I leave it at default since its right 99% of the time. So either it's an algorithm error or that's the real res of the rip

Also, a suggestion. Audio which makes 60% of the file size doesn't really make much sense - while difference between 1500kbps and 500kbps audio is basically not recognizable by anybody, the difference between 1500kbps and 500kbps video is huge.

Suggestion 2: You should use newer encoder. x265 1.5 in this HandBrake of yours is quite outdated and therefore mainly much slower than the newest 1.8 version.
