Mariyaan (English: The Man Who Never Dies) is an upcoming 2013 Tamil drama thriller film directed by film maker Bharat Bala. The film stars actor Dhanush in the lead role with Parvathi Menon and Salim Kumar, both forming part of main cast. Produced by Venu Ravichandran, it music and background score composed by A. R. Rahman and cinematography by Marc Koninckx. The film revolves around story of human survival, partially adapted from a real-life crisis event of Indian migrants made hostages in Sudan.
