Lots of swearing and some uncomfortable topics... a rollercoaster ride which covers each of the words in the title admirably and in more detail than we needed... but it is in the detail that Mark excels... as with many of the great comedians in observing the human condition, in themselves and others, Mark makes us face ourselves with no hint of a sugar coating in sight.
