1. After done installing, go to Start > Run > regedit
2. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Wow6432Node > Bioware > Mass Effect 3
3. Change the GDFBinary from "...GDFBinary_ru_RU.dll" to "...GDFBinary_en_US.dll"
4. Close the regedit.
5. Go to installation folder "...BIOGameCookedPCConsole".
6. Delete "BIOGame_RUS.tlk" and change the "BIOGame_INT.tlk" to "BIOGame_RUS.tlk"
7. Done!
