Description

Portugese polyphony of the late Rennaisance was not essentially different from that of Spain and the Italian States, but little of it was ever published. Much remains in various monasteries. They're definitely rarities, and as fine as anything else that has been recorded a dozen times or more. Much remains to be explored. Only the lack of available funds has meant that much of this material has yet to be unearthed, carefully restored, studied, and performed.

Transfers are made at 768 kBits/s, directly from the disc.
