Death Carries a Cane AKA UK title: Maniac At
Large is a 1973 Italian giallo film directed
by Maurizio Pradeaux. The Italian title
translates as Dance Steps on a Razor's Edge,
but the film is listed in reference books as
Death Carries a Cane.

AllMovie wrote of the film, "a complex plot
and stylish visuals don't necessarily combine
to instantly produce a good giallo", but that
"the film is good for a few chuckles and has
a pair of memorable murder sequences."

STORY:

A photographer named Kitty (Susan Scott) watched
through a tourist telescope the killing of a woman
through the window of a nearby house. She is
unable to get a clear view of the killer's face,
she reported the incident to the police and soon
other witnesses who saw the killer fled are
brutally murder, will Kitty be the next victim?
