Description

The peace-loving Republic of Sardun is facing constant incursions from hostile neighbor Gamibia. Unwilling to retaliate and initiate war, high-ranking Sardunian military officials Major Zara and General Byrne-White arrange a rendezvous with MegaForce, a hi-tech and super-secret phantom army of top-shelf fighting men from all over the world, to ask for help in ending Gamibia's attacks. Ace Hunter, leader of MegaForce, is happy to take on the job as he has a past with Gamibian military leader Duke Guerrera, an old military academy friend who turned to evil.

Totally agree! Only I was 21yrs old and at our age, we knew the whole movie was meant to be tongue in cheek. It was a send up of a lot of other similar serious movies and TV shows doing the rounds at the time.But it also had new technology we hadn't seen before and that DID make it seem really cool! Although having said all this, I haven't downloaded it yet!! But I'm expecting REALLY bad acting (with a terrifically corny scene with Barry and Michael on a plane),the WORST mullets ever-only slightly redeemed by headbands; a hologram thingy and an over the top ending with Bostwick on a motorbike that's flying towards the back platform of a plane in the air. How am I doin'? Oh...and I had the biggest crush on Barry Bostwick at the time,despite the horrendous outfit! and have followed his career with interest over the years. Quite the versatile entertainer. All this said...enjoy it for what it is and what was intended...to make you laugh :)
