Installation Info:

1) K-Lite Codec
2) Microsoft's .NET Framework
3) ffdshow (32bit or 64bit)
4) x264 (32bit or 64bit)
5) Preferred Filter Tweaker for Windows 7 (32bit or 64bit)
6) Avisynth_258
7) mkvtoolnix-unicode-6.1.0-setup
8) megui-0.3.1.1040.setup

step by step install these programs, when you run megui to installation after finish it will ask you to update it, just update it during update it ask you to import things which it needs now mark all box and import every thing. (overwrite all) also it will ask you to Restart MeGUI, yes press restart and it will start again and start updating again.

when updates finished then copy this allprofiles folder with new folder in megui directory,
4) allprofiles
when done, now close megui

and then Extract this rar NeroAACCodec-1.5.1 and open the folder called Win32, here you have 3 files, now copy these 3 files and paste into megui directory, C:Program Filesmegui
5) NeroAACCodec-1.5.1

now run megui again, no need to update, it has been ready to use,
now again follow my thread and do encode thanks.
