If I remember correctly, about 157MB audio, about 55 minutes, makes 157.000.000*8/55*60*1000=381 kbps or thereabouts. You may have set it to 128kbps, but that's not what's in this video. Same goes for many other rmteam videos lately.

Isn't this getting a bit silly? 388 kbps audio where 64 would more than suffice?

I don't know where are you getting 388kbps audio information from. it is only 2CH AAC 128kbps@48KHz.

I think I know what may be going wrong. Source files are generally 720p scene releases. These often have 384 kbps aac audio. Rmteam may have set their audio encoder to 128 kbps, but they me just be copying the source audio, instead of transcoding it.
