1) This is free in the Google Play Store, so you only need this torrent if it's not supported on your device.

2) Office for Android requires you to Login with your Microsoft Live (/Hotmail) account.

3) It only stores documents to OneDrive and cannot access documents stored on your device.

Aside from those notices, this appears to be a good working copy matching the Play Store .apk! Thanks Uploader, I didn't even know this was available.
